Ordering, pickup & refunds

How do I order?

Add pieces to your bag from the store, then open checkout. Enter your name and email, choose pickup or home delivery, and confirm your phone number with the 6-digit code we send on WhatsApp.

You pay online by UPI on the secure payment page of our payment partner, Omniware. As soon as the payment goes through, your order is confirmed and you get a WhatsApp message with your order number.

Where and when do I collect my order?

Pickup is free at the GEN M pickup counter at the conference, Kozhikode, 13–15 November 2026. Show the pickup QR at the counter: you get it on the order confirmation screen, in your WhatsApp message, and on the Track order page. A screenshot works too.

Do you deliver?

Yes, to addresses in Kerala. Home delivery costs a flat ₹60 per order and usually arrives 3–7 days after the order is packed. You can follow it on the Track order page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, while the order still shows Confirmed (before we pack it). Open Track order, sign in with the phone number you ordered with, and choose Cancel; we send a fresh WhatsApp code to confirm it. You get 80% of what you paid back; 20% is kept as the cancellation fee. The refund's progress shows on the Track page.

Once an order is packed, picked up or delivered it can no longer be cancelled or returned.

What if my T-shirt is the wrong size?

The GEN M T-shirt comes in sizes S to XXXL in a relaxed, oversized fit. If the size is not right, bring it to the pickup counter during the event (13–15 November 2026) and we exchange it for another size, while stock lasts.

Can a campus unit order in bulk?

Online, one order can hold up to 20 T-shirts. For larger orders for a unit or campus, message the MSM Kerala desk on WhatsApp with your unit's name, the pieces and the quantities.

How do I check my order?

Open Track order and sign in with your phone number. You see every order on that number, its status (confirmed, packed, ready for pickup or shipped), and the pickup QR for pickup orders.
